We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Technology Experience Manager for a Victoria State Government client.

**About the role**

The Workplace Technology Experience Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that employees have the tools and resources necessary to be productive in their roles, while also creating a positive and engaging work environment. This is a new and exciting role where you will be part of establishing a new team to deliver these critical services for the Client's business.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end delivery of relevant end user support
- Modernisation of existing frontline technology support services
- Establishment of new services, service improvement programs and process
- Delivering improved standardised access to information (helpdesk, learning modules, face to face training, intranet, vlogs, blogs, champion\crowdsourcing communities).
- Delivery of services to support the Technology Strategy.
- Building strong cross collaborative relationships with other technology support functions - working to continuously enhance the team member

**Skills and experience**
- 7+ years of experience in delivering and evolving end to end technology experience and support services for end user services/workplace experience.
- Proven people leader, with experience in building and leading a team through a period of significant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with an ability to positively engage with others at all levels to build effective networks and mutually beneficial partnerships to resolve issues and achieve objectives
- Strong interpersonal, and leadership
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand data and use data to generate insight and make informed decisions.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
