Are you passionate about retail and have a keen eye for details? Gashapon Bandai Official Shop is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Retail assistants for a few locations:

- **Box Hill (NEW) (travel required)**
- **Multiple locations across VIC (travel required)**

The store will bring Bandai Official collectibles to customers in a fun and exciting environment. We are seeking passionate individuals who have a genuine interest for Gashapon and Japanese culture to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Execute daily operational routines
- Ensure the machines are filled with new stock
- Perform regular checks to ensure all machines are working properly
- Organise stock in designated areas
- Input stock information accurately into our in-house system on Airtable
- **Travel between sites to stock the machines**

**Requirements**:

- **Your own reliable mode of transport **- you will be required to travel between the warehouse and store(s).
- Friendly and helpful to customers and team members
- Highly organised with a focus on maintaining a tidy work environment
- Reliable and punctual in meeting work commitments
- Attentive to details and demonstrates strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Bandai products and Anime culture (highly desirable)

This role is suited for individuals who:

- Can work weekdays
- Can work independently and in a team
- Has a keen interest in Gashapon and Japanese culture

**Essential skills/experience**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.63 - $35.11 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- stocktake or inventory control: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
