Bladez & Co is seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team at our Rouse Hill location. You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers with their grooming and retail needs in a fast-paced, stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selections and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized store environment
  • stock take fortnightly
  • Merchandise once a week and maintain a pleasant experience
  • Support barbers with general customer service and appointment management
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 year experience needed in a retail fashion store and or sneaker store
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
  • Previous retail or salon/barbershop experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
