The Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

You'll be the reliable hand behind the scenes, supporting multiple departments with admin tasks that keep our business moving. From handling phone calls to preparing invoices, maintaining employee files to keeping our social media fresh - your day will be filled with meaningful work that connects all areas of our business.

This role touches every corner of Top Line Furniture, and you'll quickly become an integral part of our tight-knit team.

Your Day Might Include:

  • Supporting Sales, HR, and Accounts with printing, scanning, scheduling and more
  • Chasing supplier invoices & preparing client invoices
  • Filing, proofreading, and transcribing handwritten info
  • Updating staff records and supporting policy development
  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Keeping records accurate, petty cash balanced, and systems up to date
  • Coordinating errands, updating socials, and assisting with website content
  • Pitching in wherever needed - especially during the quieter moments

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Warm, respectful and reliable with a professional approach
  • A clear communicator (both written and spoken)
  • Detail-driven and confident using Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and happy to take initiative
  • Open to evolving with the role as the business grows
  • Flexible and eager to work collaboratively across teams
