**About the role**

The Executive Manager, Training and Community Hubs assumes a strategic role in the overall management of Training Services, Adult Education and Community Hubs. The role encompasses the financial management and overall development of programs and activities based on community needs. This role will ensure Cire continues to be competitive and a respected leader in the delivery of community and educational services. The role demands a visionary approach that is innovative and strategic and is underpinned by strong business acumen.

**About you**

We are looking for our next leader to join our Executive Team to help drive change, collaboration, strategic direction and operational success to ensure we continue to deliver against Cire’s 5-year strategic plan.

You have significant experience within a community based Senior Management role as well as being comfortable with and have experience in Financial and Budget Management. The ideal person is someone who has been working within the education sector and is accustomed to VET and HESG and other community-based education programs/principles.

- Demonstrated successful experience in increasing market share and securing new business.
- High level of customer service.
- Ability to work effectively and accurately with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- A proven team player.
- Demonstrated commitment to community.
- Hold a valid and current approved Victorian Driver's License.
- Currently hold, or be willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check, Australian Right to Work Check, and National Police Check.
