Spa Manager/receptionist

**We are seeking Full time and casual Beauty Therapists to join our friendly team, to provide quality and superior customer service to all clients, to ensure the entire Spa experience exceeds expectations**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage guest bookings and coordinate with our team of spa therapists; Drive revenue opportunities and manage labour costs effectively;
- Able to perform beauty, body and massage treatments as required
- Reception & Administration Duties
- Staff Hiring, HR documents, Rosters & Training
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa and facility in a friendly, courteous, efficient and professional manner.
- Assist with ordering and make sure sufficient products supplying in the SPA

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or working towards obtaining a diploma
- Good Communication and Coordination Skill
- Availability to work an array of shifts, including one weekend day each weekend Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and agile under pressure
- Initiative as well as a proactive and positive team attitude to ensure operations run smoothly
- Experience within a Hotel/Resort Spa environment is an advantage
- Team-work ability
