Century 21 Real Estate has partnered with MRAEL to source a bright and bubbly receptionist/administrator Trainee, interested in kick-starting their career within the Real Estate Industry.

**About this opportunity**:
As the first point of contact within reception, you will be well presented with a positive and can-do attitude, you will have have the ability to multi-task as well as having excellent phone and communication skills.

You will complete your Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice over a 24 month period through a combination of formal training and practical on-the-job training (within the workplace).

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Open and close office 8.30am to 5pm
- Putting out the signs relating the real estate
- Phone enquiries and delegating query to other staff
- sales calls, property management calls, contractors
- Issuing of keys to contractors with registration and also following up with return
- Holiday rental enquiries
- Software entries
- Uploading listings
- Print cards off for new listing
- Empty of bins
- Vacuuming
- Assisting property management team
- Assist and Scan invoices

**What we are looking for**:
It is important that the successful applicant _must_ have empathy towards patients to ensure they feel comfortable.
- Well presented and displays a positive behavior
- Mature minded
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a face paced environment
- Strong computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
