Spa Receptionist

Vanilla Face & Body Spa is located beachfront, inside the Rendezvous hotel, Scarborough. This 5 star Spa includes 8 treatment rooms, seperate manicure/pedicure stations, steam room, vichy shower, couples rain shower and relaxation lounges.

We are seeking an experienced casual **Spa Receptionist **to join our Wellness Spa team.

**About the role**

Working directly under the spa manager, you will be responsible for welcoming guests into the spa, answering incoming calls, taking bookings, assisting clients with enquiries and assisting with the day to day running of the spa and performing opening/end of day procedures.

Wednesday 1:00pm-6:00pm

Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm

Additional days and hours may be required with prior notice.

**Skills & experience**
- A nationally recognised beauty or massage therapy qualification an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a day spa or salon environment
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests are made to feel welcome
- Ability to multitask, responding to both online enquiries and telephone calls in a warm, professional, timely and helpful manner
- Excellent organisational skills and eye for detail
- Neat and tidy presentation and grooming
- Highly motivated
- Flexible approach to working hours/shifts
