**The Role**:
As a Barista & Customer Service Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in growing the TotalFusion brand by providing personalised service to our studio's members. You will be required to provide exceptional service at all times.

**To be considered, you will have a strong track record of the following**:

- Producing high quality coffee, being swift and capable of observing and adjusting the coffee grind, ensuring coffee is poured according to the coffee recipe and parameters, steaming milk with impeccable technique and sticking to our quality standards at all times.
- Latte art skills preferable but not necessary
- Able to work independently in a high paced environment.
- Able and confident in making smoothies and other drinks according to an established recipe.
- Have a welcoming and bubbly personality, with the energy to have meaningful and genuine interactions with our members.
- Provide excellent customer service to all members.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with team members, creating a fun and vibrant culture with your team.
