We are the Queensland Parliamentary Catering Service Team (PCS), and we provide in house hospitality services for the Members of the Legislative Assembly, staff, visitors and guests. We also cater for high-profile events involving international, national and local dignitaries, industry leaders and associations. We operate a fine dining restaurant, a café & coffee shop, and a catering and events department that can host private and public events for up to 2000 guests.
We are looking for casual catering attendants to join our team and deliver excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, clearing tables, setting for events, making coffee and cocktails, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**You will be a great fit for this role if you have**:

- Previous experience in banqueting or events
- Fine dining experience preferred but not essential.
- Barista skills
- Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5 plates.
- Bar experience - Restaurant or events
- Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not essential.
- Current Queensland RSA
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure.

You will also enjoy the benefits of flexible Monday to Friday work (with additional hours or weekend work available on occasion), working in the inner city close to public transport and early night finishes. The position is suitable for people studying or those with multiple employers.
