We’re on an exciting adventure of freedom and discovery and are seeking a passionate casual & full time **Barista's** to join the Felons Brewing Co team.
As a Barista you will be required to work early mornings, commencing between 6am onwards. This is a Monday to Sunday role.

**_Responsibilities_**_ include:_**
- Supervise and inspire a team of baristas to provide top-notch customer experiences
- Manage the day-to-day operations: stock management, rostering and ensuring operations run smoothly
- Supervise and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
- Visibly active on the floor, lead by example and support Barista's and Food and Beverage Attendants to be the best that they can be
- Assist guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
- A high knowledge of the product produced in venue

- Have a passion for great coffee and great beer
- Proven barista experience in a fast-paced, high coffee venue
- Strong barista skills and specialty coffee experience
- Availability to work early mornings and weekends
- Be a positive and collaborate team player
- Hold a valid Queensland RSA
