The Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented and driven Junior Visual Merchandiser to support our national VM team. Based at our Rosebery Head Office, this is an exciting entry point into the world of retail visual merchandising, working closely with the National VM Manager to execute seasonal campaigns, support store layouts, and help ensure all touchpoints are aligned with the MJ Bale brand.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with implementing seasonal window displays and in-store VM updates
Support store setups, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with Store Managers and the broader retail team to ensure visual standards are met
Manage VM equipment, props, and stock used in display
Travel to stores (as required) to assist with merchandising and rollouts
Maintain visual merchandising documentation and reporting
**What We’re Looking For**:
A strong interest in fashion, design, or visual merchandising (experience is a bonus, but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn
A team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills
Basic Adobe Suite skills and/or visual design tools are desirable
Flexibility to travel and support store rollouts as needed
