**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

The company is an established Australian Cost Consultancy firm that holds an impeccable presence across all states. They are known for their stellar project portfolio in Defence, Education, Health and Federal Government sectors. Our client strongly believes in investing into their people and providing them with adequate resources to accomplish their goals.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for providing high level, executive support to the team, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and diligently from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project. Depending on your experience and preference, you will be crucially involved in planning, delivering and managing landmark projects such as Defence, Commercial, and Federal Government sectors.

**DUTIES.**
- Provide executive support and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Responsible for managing the client and other consultants, at all project stage

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A bachelor’s degree in project management or construction management majoring in Quantity Surveying
- **Minimum 7 years Australian Quantity Surveying experience**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- AIQS or MRICS accreditation
