**Description**:

- Community Care Worker- Positions Available:- Working with our Disability participants and Aged Care Clients in Kingscliff, Casuarina, Cudgen, Banora Point and the Tweed Shire.- Right at Home is currently seeking Community Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, friendly and respectful high-quality service.- Duties and Responsibilities include:- Social Support/ Transportation for social activites
- Shopping/ Groceries
- Travelling to medical appointments
- Personal Care: showering, dressing, grooming
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning and laundry
- Meal Preparation Assistance
- Supporting Clients with complex and/ or challenging needs
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting- Essential Criteria:- Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Australian Drivers License and Comprehensive Insurance
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Yellow card (can be obtained upon hiring)- About you:- Ability to provide personal, domestic and companion care
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Reliable and dependable
Passion for care
Willingness to travel distance and work in various shifts
Comfortable using technology (i.e mobile app) for accessing rosters and recording client notes/ feedback

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
