Community Support Worker

**Right at Home** is currently seeking **experienced Community Aged and Disability Support** **Workers** who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.

Our mission is to **_improve the quality of life for those we serve._**

**Essential Criteria**
- Australian National Police Check
- First aid and CPR certificate mandatory
- Smart mobile phone
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers License and Comprehensive Insurance
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate (plus booster when eligible)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check but can be obtained upon hiring

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to provide personal, domestic and companion care
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Passion for care
- Willingness to travel distance and work in various shifts
