**About the Team**
Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.
**About the Role**
The Integrated Producer at MYOB will lead and manage the complete production process for diverse content types, including film, photography, animation, and illustrations. This role combines video production expertise with content marketing strategies to build innovative work that inspires, informs, and entertains.
The Integrated Producer will generate captivating content to engage our audience and drive business results. This role involves planning, producing, and implementing a cohesive program of work that effectively connects with our target audience on social media platforms.
Collaborating closely with the internal creative agency, content team, marketing community, and wider business, you will manage external production parties to ensure high-quality outputs. You will either run the whole production process using external services or partner with bigger production houses to represent MYOB in a production capacity.
Collaborate with senior collaborators to deliver high-standard production projects. Build quality assets, positioning MYOB as a modern, tech-forward brand, and contribute to our commercial goals.
**About You & What you'll be Doing**
- Manage the end-to-end production process
- producing content independently through freelancers or larger production companies
- Skilled in planning, completing, and coordinating projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in project management tools, with Asana as a preferred option
- Strong time management skills, allowing for prioritisation and simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Ability to propose operational solutions and efficiencies related to production processes
- Capable of presenting ideas and updates with clarity and confidence
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to improve efficiency in production execution
- Proficient in developing and managing project budgets
- Experienced in quoting and negotiating with external suppliers
- Knowledgeable about social media landscapes, including audience dynamics and channel-specific approaches
- Ensure content is aligned with the intended channel and its audience
- Solid grasp of the creative process, including design, copywriting, and media productio
- Ensure that delivered assets are consistent with brand guidelines
- Act as the central point of contact for all production projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and production departments
- Manage expectations effectively throughout the production process
