- Permanent role, based at our new West Perth office.
- Available to work full-time hours.
- Flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work from home. We work a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
- Regular travel to sites from Yanchep to Perth Metro, and infrequently extending to Dalyellup in the south-west region.

**About the role**
Reporting to the Senior WHS Consultant and working closely with our WHS team, you will collaborate in the following:

- WHS initiatives, including high-risk task management, chemical management and safety assessments
- Prepare and deliver site WHS meetings with managers and Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs)
- Supporting and developing HSRs to ensure active engagement and consultation
- Support site managers in a timely manner
- Incident investigations, risk assessments and hazard review, with a focus on learning from system failures and identifying practical recommendations for improvement
- Preparation and delivery of WHS Committee agendas, meetings, and follow up on action items
- Time management and diary management are key to developing flow within the role and managing your own workload

**About you**
We are seeking someone with a passion for safety, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll also demonstrate:

- A relevant qualification, working towards a qualification or extensive practical experience in Work, Health, and Safety
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- A genuine interest in WHS and the ability to recognise and address risks in the workplace
- Ability to work independently with team collaboration
- A current WA driver’s licence
- Knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and Teams

This role is a great opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple locations collaborating with managers, HSRs and dedicated a WHS team.
