Melbourne- Asset Management- PermanentOur client is a prominent, rapidly growing Australian super-fund with a well-established office in Melbourne seeking to hire a further **Investment Operations Analyst** to their team.

**This is an exceptional position, well-suited for an experienced Investment Operations professional who has worked for another super-fund, asset manager or custodian in a similar capacity for several years.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing client service through the execution of daily functions and tasks within the Investment Operations Outsourcing Team
- Responsible for oversight of offshore production of operational activity across middle office records.
- Responsible for trade capture, enrichment, matching and release to ensure accurate settlement in market place.
- Responsible for oversight of offshore reconciliations of daily cash and stock positions across middle office and custody book to ensure accurate portfolio holdings are available to traders and portfolio managers
- Will work with clients to review all fund launch and transition activity events across a range of middle office and fund administration services.

**Prior Knowledge/Skills**:

- A good knowledge of the asset servicing industry, acquired through experience in both middle office and custody records is critical for this position
- Good Knowledge of Middle Office operations specifically on trade lifecycle
- Experience with Global Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Money Market Asset Classes is required.
