A Lead Thinker will be the key driver of strategic thinking and creative process for our clients - providing strategic thinking, project planning, campaign implementation and financial management.

You’ll have three key things to do:

- Brand and Behaviour Strategy: You'll help clients with their brand strategy development, everything from insights to inspiring brand ideas.
- Project Leadership: You'll lead projects and/or retained pieces of business, as required.
- Entrepreneurialism: Our clients are in the business of building brands and changing behaviours to increase their economic fortune. You'll also help where you can and ensure that we stay on top of opportunities that unlock growth for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Thinker is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients and developing sound strategic and creative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensure a deep understanding of your clients’ business and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and identify/implement products to help achieve client goals
- Prioritise and set expectations on key deliverables
- Coordinate the day-to-day agency resources to ensure client projects are delivered at the highest quality, on-time and budget to impress our clients
- Accurately assess all work of internal and externals partners and provide corrective guidance where necessary
- Collaborate with our Thinkers, Tinkers and our clients to manage multiple projects through the different phases of production.
- Identify potential production risks and proactively find solutions to address these in advance.
- Ensure accurate and realistic creative, print, digital, production and other briefs and estimates as necessary
- Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g. WIPs, project plans, timelines, campaign results etc)
- Producing accurate and realistic estimates and invoicing to ensure all work is billed accurately and timely
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting on the status of all jobs as defined by the client
- Attending client meetings and internal work-in-progress meetings and delivering presentations to staff and clients when required
- To evaluate and support the profitable running of your clients
- Analyze campaign and customer data to provide conclusions, implications, and actionable recommendations designed to improve the quality of future relationship marketing communications
- Responsible for day to day analytics for assigned clients, including QA of data and reporting templates
- Support team leads on any internal projects to further develop the analytics practice including implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks
- Work with the broader agency to develop improvements to project management processes.
- Develop fellow Thinkerbells via coaching and mentoring
- Excellent organisational, time and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- 3+ years of agency experience
- Comprehensive understanding of creative and marketing practices
