**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations & Capital Works Manager to join the Lendlease Account team at JLL. This key position is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio operations procedures, CAPEX forecasting and delivery, and supporting sustainability initiatives across the Lendlease Industrial portfolio.
**An overview of the role**:
- Oversee and deliver the APPFI Capital Works objectives
- Train, supervise and improve efficiency of the APPFI Operations team
- Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and engineering practices
- Manage essential services certification and documentation
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement maintenance programs
- Prepare and manage annual operations and capital works budgets
- Develop and maintain 5-year CAPEX plans for all assets
- Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance
- Coordinate and supervise specialist contractors
- Manage tenant refurbishment processes
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
- Tertiary qualifications (desirable) or relevant Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
- Positive approach to meeting client needs whilst managing tenant expectations
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to empathise with tenant needs
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with property management systems (Evolution, MRI)
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMR)
