Recognised in our sector by an extensive, reputable history and broad product range, Nintendo Australia is recruiting an eCommerce Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting into the eCommerce Assistant Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the operation, development, and maintenance of the eCommerce platform and its content. This role works closely with the eCommerce team, Business Development department, managers, and team members of other departments.

Key requirements for the role include:
- Enacting the end-to-end coordination of the eCommerce website, ensuring products are online efficiently and merchandised to the highest standard.
- Ensuring the accuracy of product details, price, and description with optimisation for the user experience.
- Assisting developers with the planning and management of platform roadmap, scope, and coordination.
- Driving online excellence by working with developers to ensure optimal site performance, SEO, and developing and implementing new technology.
- Coordinating asset creation, management, layout set-ups, and implementing basic HTML creation and updates.
- Working closely with the eCommerce Specialist to plan and execute store and product promotions.
- Coordinating daily site maintenance, troubleshooting and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Reviewing eCommerce content on a regular basis, including product descriptions, stock levels and functionality – proactively reporting your findings and solutions / suggestions.
- Ensuring high quality end-to-end customer service and satisfaction by providing extended support and expertise, including facilitating investigation for various functions within the organisation, such as after sales service, Consumer Support, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Other administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, minute-taking and distribution, tracking and maintenance of project tools, maintaining JIRA tickets / Kanban board, and providing status reports to key stakeholder groups.
To succeed in the role, you will require:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital content coordination, ideally in an eCommerce role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, in addition to basic HTML / CSS skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and project management skills, with experience supporting complex, multi-stream initiatives.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the business.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the confidence to call out issues and process deviations as required.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and outcomes.
- Basic to intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills and experience in website design / UX are an added advantage.
