**Description**:
The Opportunity

This position is required to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitisation of CatholicCare Office spaces, the Motor Vehicle Fleet and other locations as selected by the Social Justice Cleaning Services Programs. This position will respond as directed to clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, toilets, cars and equipment to mitigate the potential for cross infection.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience/Criteria
- Demonstrated high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with current practices in the response of Covid-19
- Ability to clean office space and motor vehicles using approved cleaning products
- Able to stand for long periods, bend and lift and undertake manual work (eg vacuuming, mopping, lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and products)
- Sound planning, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Can exercise initiative and good judgment
- Is honest, punctual and reliable
- Ability to act with discretion and maintains confidentiality
- Can work autonomously and be responsible/accountable for own work
- Honest, trustworthy, with strong ethical values and a commitment to work within CatholicCare’s Mission, Vision and Values

**Qualifications**:

- Current paid Working with Children Check.
- Current NSW Driver Licence (Desirable)
- Cert I or II in Cleaning (Desirable)
