About Us

Coastal Cleaning Co Australia is a new and growing company specialising in Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning. We provide professional, hotel-style service for property owners and their guests, and we're looking for reliable cleaners to join our team as we expand.

The Role

We are seeking experienced cleaners who know their way around Airbnb and hotel-style cleaning. This includes both fast turnaround cleans (guest resets) and more detailed spring/deep cleans. You'll be using apps for communication, checklists and access, so being comfortable with technology is important.

What We Offer

  • $34.84 per hour (above award rate)
  • 3–15 hours per week to start, with more work as we grow
  • All cleaning supplies provided
  • Travel reimbursement to and from our storage shed
  • Supportive team and opportunities for growth into supervisor/management roles

What We're Looking For

  • Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb/hotel highly regarded)
  • Car and licence (essential for travel to jobs)
  • Police background check (must be provided)
  • Comfortable using apps for work tasks and communication
  • Eye for detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
  • Available to start immediately
