An exciting Collections Officer opportunity within a Multinational hospitality company

**Your new company**

Your new company is an international hospitality company based in Perth's CBD. They are currently looking for a Collections Officer to join their Finance team.

**Your new role**
- Make collection calls while representing the business and negotiating a promise to pay.
- Follow up both with client and Internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
- Meet competing deadlines while remaining assertive and empathetic with customers
- Managing your own portfolio of national clients
- Managing and maintaining aged debtor accounts

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous experience within a collections or credit control position. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will also have excellent Microsoft Office skills.

**What you'll get in return**

Work in a supportive finance team with excellent progression opportunities. Working hours are 7.30 - 4pm and the option to work from home 1 day a week after the probation period. Work in a central location with nearby train stations.
