Location: Murdoch

Hourly rate: $30-$35+super DOE

Hours: 38 per week, Monday to Friday

**Duties**:

- Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from customers
- Respond to customer enquires within set timeframes
- Identify customers experiencing payment difficulties/financial hardship
- Manage overdue accounts, minimising impact on business
- Review queries and accounts within set timeframes
- Review accounts for disconnection for non-payment
- Negotiation of payment arrangements
- Maintain customer account profile and accuracy of account
- Refer accounts for legal recovery and or bad debt write off

**Requirements**:

- B2C Collections experience - minimum 1 year
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and mid-tier ERP
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Advanced negotiation and analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with mínimal supervision
- Able to prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines
