**About the Role**

As the Account Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices are entered accurately and efficiently. You will be a key contributor within our dynamic and respectful finance team. We are seeking an individual that will be self motivated, has high attention to detail and is results driven.

**Your Focus**:

- Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices utilising Dext and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Enter accounts receivale invoices utilising Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Be responsible for coding AP invoices and ensuring approvals are sent to the appropriate manager
- Assist with AR collections
- Input employee expense claim entries, coding and approvals
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties and analysis

- Self-motivated, results-driven
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Team player who is willing to multitask and assist other team members
- High attention to detail, accurate and highly organised
- Comfortable working remotely and can attend the CBD office on occasion.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to use basic formula functions (v-lookup, pivot tables etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is preferred but not essential
- Able to multitask, challenge ideas and improve processes while holding a high sense of integrity
