As a Disability Support Worker, you will empower our clients by helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. In this vacancy, we are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference, value culture and diversity and have an empathetic can-do attitude. Due to the nature of this work, we ask that applicants are available for a variety of shift work across a 24/7 roster.

Can You:
Follow person-centered support plans and behavior support plans respectfully

Participate in community activities and encourage clients to perform daily living tasks

Track and document an individual’s progress through thorough record keeping

Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients and their families

**Salary**: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blue Mountains NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
