Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria (RBGV) employs over 240 staff overseeing two beautiful world-class gardens, Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne and Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne.
What You'll Do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team, responsible for enhancing and maintaining one of Australia's most valuable biological research repositories. The Curation Officer will curate herbarium specimens in the State Botanical Collection, including databasing and incorporating specimens, processing loans, exchange and donations, assisting Collections visitors and protecting the Collection against damage.
