Role Detail

Our Brisbane office is on the lookout for a casual Receptionist/Business Services Clerk to join our dynamic Business Services team.

Our Business Services team are invaluable to the operations of the firm and are often the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff. This exciting role is perfect for a customer service focused person with strong communication and organisational skills looking to step into a corporate law firm environment.

You can expect your day to day to include organising couriers, document production (print/copy/scan/binding), mail distribution, assisting visitors, office tours, archiving, facilities management, processing invoices and some Reception cover.

The successful applicant will demonstrate high level organisational and time management skills, with an emphasis on providing high quality service in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent internal/external customer service skills
- Knowledge of reception and front of house operations, including previous experience in the corporate/hospitality arena within professional services
- An impressive telephone manner
- Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail
- An adaptable and flexible manner towards hours and duties
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to build fantastic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant customer service experience/training
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a cohesive team
