**About the role**:
Providing care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes, you’ll be comfortable driving within your region to provide clinical management and **wound, catheter, and bowel care**. You will support care plans and provide solutions tailored to each client’s requirements, monitor risks, analyse trends and adapt care accordingly while implementing clinical solutions and evaluating client outcomes.

**About you**:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years RN experience preferably with some time in community
- Advanced Clinical assessment skills
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, willing to travel in the region
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Compassionate, enthusiastic and friendly
