We are seeking a
**Receptionist** who aligns with our values, that is focused on providing a high-quality experience for our patients, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression. You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.

The position is
**Part-Time, Wednesday and Thursday,12.5 hours per week, and every 3rd Saturday for 4 hours, **including a dedicated training program upon commencement, that includes a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality patient service to ensure your success in the role.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Current vaccination and immunisation status
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
