Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Advice Manager to join our team. As a critical part of our advice function, you will play a key role in supporting our business's growth and opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance, training, and development of our advice team. You will ensure timely production of accurate and compliant advice, working closely with our advisers to develop advice strategies and Statements of Advice (SOAs).

In this senior role, you will provide effective product research, strategy development, and technical support as the technical centre of excellence. You will also drive process development to ensure we remain at the forefront of compliant advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance, training, and development of the advice team
  • Ensure timely production of accurate and compliant advice
  • Work with advisers to develop advice strategies and Statements of Advice (SOAs)
  • Provide effective product research, strategy development, and technical support
  • Drive process development to ensure compliance with regulations and policies
