Barossa Fine Foods is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us in a Permanent Full Time role within our production team. This position contributes to the preparation of fresh meat and further processing of high quality pork food products. The ideal should be hardworking, reliable and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

- Trained experience in using knives to cut, trim, de-bone and skin fresh meat
- Have a minimum year 10 high school education.
- Previous smallgoods manufacturing and/or food manufacturing experience.
- Must be effective in, and have the ability to follow, written/verbal communications.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline.
- Ideally, have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.
- Ability to change and adapt to customer and business needs.
- Willingness to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
