**Who are we looking for?**

Due to increase in operational demands and internal movements, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic person for our **Processing**section within our fresh fish processing environment. The Processing role is responsible for the correct weighing, display and packaging of our seafood products.

This is a full time permanent role.

**A variety of Roles and Duties available will include, but are not limited to the following**

De-scale, de-bone, skin, and clean and raw fish and prepare it for saleProcessing seafood productsRemove meat from various shellfishPortion and pack products according to size and weight requirementsUse vac packing machineryUse metal detector machineryInspect products for freshness and qualityOperate and maintain work knife and other specific role equipmentAssist with other tasks in the seafood department as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Understanding of computing systems and how to operate manufacturing machinery
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- Previous seafood or production experience - desirable (but not essential)
- Previous Oyster Shucking experience - highly desirable (but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
