**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our vision of “Creating inspirational, sustainable workplace experiences for our people and communities”. Design, communicate and deliver integrated, innovative and differentiated workplace solutions for our client.
You will be accountable for outstanding facilities and service delivery across the real estate portfolio, comprised of multiple service lines. Areas include Landlord liaison, Project Management and Facilities Management.
**An Overview of the role**:
Work with ANZ Workplace Manager, client and key stakeholders in defining workplace strategies to support key concepts
Develop and manage budgets in conjunction with ANZ Workplace Manager, Finance Director and site leads
Be a change champion in reducing the carbon footprint through energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable energies to achieve the target of net zero by 2030
Oversee Site Managers and Subject Matter Experts work streams to support the delivery teams across the region
Ensure consistent reporting regarding initiatives to reduce waste, water usage and resources
Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning goals and promoting constructive feedback
Compliance and risk management delivery

Experienced in an operational role within Facility operations and driving workplace experiences
Energy and drive to develop a superior customer experience
Understanding of current industry technology with a focus on future enhancements
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Commercially and financially astute
Stakeholder engagement and peer management
Confident in making difficult decisions within a complex environment
Track record in generating growth and development
