Our Client: a National leading provider of Asset Management solutions are seeking a superstar administrator to join their team in Perth's CBD. This position will be initially for around 3 months with the potential to extend.
*This position CAN be located in Karratha, but Perth CBP is the client's preference*
Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time hours
Start date: ASAP
Location: Perth CBD OR Karratha (Perth CBP Preferred)
Duration: Approx. 3 months with potential to extend
Pay rate: Approx. $35ph +Super
**The Role**
This position will provide administration support and maintenance of an internal training schedule, to ensure compliance and maintenance of all employee licenses and training completion. This role may also incorporate an element of recruitment admin support down the line so would be ideal for a strong data entry clerk / administrator with high attention to detail looking to expand their skillset
- Review every employees training folder and identify training records that are required to be uploaded into the new system (current and latest records) / preparation of a mater transfer file for each worker
- Rename every record so it aligns to the naming conventions of the Site Training Matrix
- Review all contractor files and identify the companies that have been engaged with Avetta and prepare these records for submission to these companies
- Engage with contracting companies to upload specific training records
- Extract completion reports for all employees and contractors from our eLearning platform and review / clean data for upload
- Pull completion reports for all onsite training from the current LMS and review / clean data for mass upload
- Assisting with scheduling and administration of all training sessions for both new and existing employees / contractors (Refresher training for expired qualifications)
- Supporting the training and HR advisor who is located in Karratha
- Maintenance of all training records and licenses on internal database
- Potential to include some recruitment admin functions - Reference checks, internal admin support, inductions, and compliance for onboarding
- Other duties as needed or required
**Experience Required**
- Minimum 6 months experience in an administration or high-volume data entry role
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn to navigate in house systems
- MUST be comfortable working in a highly autonomous role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with SAP or any other ERP system would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised
