Editorial Coordinator

**What’s the role?**
- Being the point of contact for all Stellar and Body+Soul reader enquiries (and representing the brand accordingly)
- Distributing mail, filing, organising catering, managing the reader feedback inbox, ordering stationery and handing IT issues
- Working closely with the editor-in-chief to manage her diary, coordinate meetings and handle all administrative tasks on her behalf
- Supporting the fashion team by assisting with clothing returns and attending photo shoots where required
- Booking and organising staff travel
- Managing the weekly editorial budget including processing invoices and setting up new suppliers
- Supporting senior members of the team as required, including transcribing and research
- Recruiting and managing interns for Stellar and Body+Soul
- Helping edit and distribute the weekly press release for the magazine
- Assisting the digital editors in building content for online
