**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Client Insights Specialist to join a growing data and technology team to provide our clients with meaningful data insights
**A snapshot of the role**:
Respond promptly to data-related inquiries from executives
Provide tailored data insights packages for executive client meetings
Collaborate with teams who have direct access to specific databases when necessary
Develop and implement data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights
Create and maintain a comprehensive data inventory of all available data sources and systems:
Document the types of information stored in each system and their accessibility
Create visually appealing and informative presentation slides to communicate data insights
Develop easy-to-understand data visualizations, charts, and graphs
Work closely with other teams to gather necessary data and insights (for example: MRI team, engineering & ops team)
Continuously refine data collection, analysis, and presentation processes
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft software packages (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with SQL and Power BI highly regarded
2-4 years experience in consulting, research, data analytics or insights roles, including client exposure
Qualifications in Economics, Finance, data analytics and other analytical disciplines will be highly regarded, other qualifications and degrees also considered
Able to quickly understand business problems and client requirements, Ability to translate data analytics into client presentations
