To continue this success, **Berwick Mitsubishi** is seeking a customer centric and results driven **Retail** **Service Manager **to join their Service leadership team.

Your proven leadership ability will enable you to coach our team of advisors to ensure they are on track to achieve the departments objectives.

You will also take ownership for driving and enhancing customer engagement, focus on maximising profits and delivering outstanding results. Thereby successfully building high levels of daily customer satisfaction as well as retention and profitability.

**You will have**:

- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility, work with, mentor & coach employees’ positivity developing their skills & capabilities
