**About the role**

We currently have a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant & Retention Coordinator to join our prestigious Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Miranda. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with this fast paced, innovative and respected brand.

The position will be a full time role; _Monday to Friday ideally, 8.00 to 4.30pm;_ however start & finish times can be flexible.

**Duties**:

- Phoning customers to book in for lapsed services/recalls/due services
- Inbound customer service bookings
- Answering inbound calls & customer enquiries
- Administrative duties such as: filing, scanning, banking and other adhoc duties
- Helping the dealership with all administration tasks onsite; and overall supporting our service team
- Online bookings & warranty filing
- Maintain overall service site presentation, ensuring cleanliness at all times
- Assisting with driving customers when required
- Liasing with external contractors

**About you**:

- You will be highly organised and have great attention to detail
- You will be customer focused; with fantastic communication skills (in person & on the phone)
- You will be professionally presented
- You will have strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new software systems efficiently - essential
- Ability to work within a busy team with multiple priorities
- You will have a can do attitude
- Have a current NSW Drivers License
- Whilst this position is an entry level position, we would love someone who is interested in the automotive industry and would like to consider progression opportunities in the future
