**The casual role**:
With this role, expect to work retail hours, including regular weekends (both Saturday and Sundays) and public holidays where required.

**At Snooze, you will**:

- Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations, which involves merchandising bedrooms, operating computers, walking the floor, and delivering an **awesome customer experience.**

**You will bring**:

- Retail experience is not essential for this role
- Customer-centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
