**The role**:
This role is a **casual position **with a** part-time position** available.

**Snooze Helensvale **is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect at least 2 days per week, with the flexibility to work up to five days. Retail hours will vary and include regular weekends and public holidays where required.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own
- Collaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations
- Delivering an **awesome customer experience**

**You will have**:

- Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential
- Exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Computer knowledge (experience with Pronto an advantage)
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
