We are a locally owned and operated Snooze franchise which opened back in 2015. With a small team of 4 with 2 staff that have been here since we opened, come and be the 5th. At Snooze, we inspire customers to create tailored bedroom solutions for every life stage, delivered with the passion and expertise of our people. We are extra proud of the reputation we've built over the last 50 years in business.
**The casual role**:
Snooze** Helensvale **is seeking a **Team Member **who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience. We are seeking the right person for the position, and if that person is looking for 2 days to 5 days work we can make it work
In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
**At Snooze, you will**:
- Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations - you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an **awesome customer experience.**
**You will bring**:
- Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- Customer centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
