**Experience Needed**:

- Minimum of 4 years PQE gained from top tier law firms.
- Strong background in corporate, contruction and real estate law.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex acquisition documents and facilitating successful deals.
- Knowledge of joint venture transactions and third-party finance.
- Familiarity with internal governance compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in reviewing and managing various legal agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate complex acquisition documents, including options, contracts for sale, and development agreements.
- Facilitate joint venture transactions and third-party finance, ensuring successful deals.
- Ensure internal governance compliance and regulatory adherence through support to the Company Secretariat.
- Review and manage various legal agreements, including construction, consultancy, minor works, and supply agreements.
- Draft, review, and manage critical legal agreements such as MOUs, confidentiality agreements, and exclusivity agreements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on taxation, FIRB, insurance, and other regulatory matters.
- Resolve purchaser issues and disputes effectively, leveraging legal expertise.
- Provide support to the business in commercial and retail leasing and asset management.
- Contribute to the success of the embedded network business (Real Utilities) by providing essential legal guidance.
- Project manage all legal aspects of property development projects, ensuring seamless execution from acquisition to post-completion.
- Manage internal precedents, stay updated with legal knowledge, and provide training to colleagues.
