Epping, VIC and surrounding suburbs

**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate **male Disability Support Worker** to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living with a disability in Epping and nearby areas. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, personal care, community access, and building life skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community participation and recreational activities
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs
- Implement care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster independence and promote dignity of clients

**Requirements**:

- Must be **male** (for client-specific care needs)
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and reliable vehicle
- Current **First Aid** and **CPR**:

- **Working With Children Check (WWCC)** (if required)
- Proof of **COVID-19 vaccinations** (as per regulations)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly

**Desirable**:

- Experience in disability or aged care support
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support)
