**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented **Management Consultant** to join our dynamic team at Game4Padel Australia. This is a full-time position based in Melbourne with a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum.

In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our organisation achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational challenges. Your expertise will enable us to further our mission of expanding the exciting sport of padel across Australia while maintaining our high standards of quality and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Management Consultant, you will:

- Research and analyse client and internal needs, assess problems, and evaluate areas for improvement in current systems.
- Develop and implement objectives, strategies, and plans to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction while effectively utilising resources.
- Advise on solutions to identified gaps and challenges, offering actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate the implementation of approved strategies and ensure successful execution.
- Mentor individuals and teams to develop capabilities and drive organisational growth.
- Manage and meet Game4Padel Australia KPI’s and growth plans

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
