**About the opportunity**

We are recruiting at our City Cave Stones Corner and have an opportunity for 2 float attendants available. This role would suit someone with 5-7 years of retail experience and who loves to support our guests through exceptional sales and service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Float Attendant**
- Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
- Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
- Strong social media skills.
- Ensure that dress standards are maintained by all staff in the centre.
- Ensure facility remains clean and well presented at all times.

- Positive can do attitude.
- Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable.
- Clean and tidy appearance.
- High-level communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadline, often fast-paced environment.
- Responsible and organised.
- A strong interest in health/wellness lifestyle.

We are open until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work some evenings and weekends is a requirement.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
