Phoenix Source and Select is on the hunt for a customer service representative to join our clients team based in Pinkenba.

A global company that specialises in restoration equipment and indoor air quality products. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible to assess and fulfil customer needs by exerting a great deal of knowledge, empathy and professionalism. You are people-orientated and adaptable, with outstanding problem-solving skills. Being a constant point of contact for customers, you can create and/or completely transform a customer’s experience with our company.

Role Description:

- Quotes both incoming and outgoing
- Passive sales
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
- Reception - greeting customers, answering phone call
- Maintaining multiple inboxes, replying and actioning queries
- Liaising with transport companies-booking freight, following up customer’s order
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Ad Hoc duties as required by Office Manager

**About You**:

- Must be computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems
- Accurately and efficiently process orders
- Previous customer service/sales experience preferred
- Ability to learn a new industry and product lines
- Self-motivation and Quick learner, nothing is too hard
- Great communication written and verbal
- Dynamic in an ever-changing environment
- Problem solver, using initiative and proactivity to get results

**Highly regarded**:

- Industry experience
- Ideally have CRM experience but is not essential as training will be provided
