GRC Risk Officer, Sydney CBD, 12-month contract, $900.00 - $1000.00 p/d + Super

This role sits within NSW government organisation of health sector in Sydney. The organisation is focused on providing excellence of health to community.

**Your new role**

As a Cybersecurity Risk Officer you’ll be supporting to implement and maintain frameworks and policy. As an expert the focus would be to identify and eliminate risk by assessing various risk management framework.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In depth understanding of cybersecurity with the following skills/experience
- Experience to develop and implement risk assessment in accordance to Essential 8
- Expertise in identification and documentation of cybersecurity risk, mitigation action plan
- Ability to conduct compliance assessment and create report
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to provide guidance towards continuous improvement of security posture and upliftment

**What you'll get in return**

You will be rewarded with a contract for 12 months in one of the government agencies with a very competitive remuneration package and a high possibility of extension.
