We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable _NDIS Complex Support Worker_ to provide tailored daily living and community support to a female participant living with complex mental health and psychosocial needs in **Bentleigh East**.

**About the Role**

As a support worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that upholds dignity, autonomy, and therapeutic boundaries. You’ll work closely with a team committed to fostering recovery, safety, and empowerment in line with the participant’s NDIS goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build rapport and maintain consistent, respectful, and empathetic support
- Provide emotional regulation and de-escalation support when needed
- Support with daily routines, including hygiene, meals, medication prompts, and appointments
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Document shift notes and incidents in line with NDIS standards
- Encourage meaningful community participation and daily structure
- **Female support worker** (Gender-specific role in accordance with the participant’s preferences) Preferably Greek-speaking applicant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health, psychosocial disability, or trauma-informed care
- Confident working with participants with a history of hospital admissions, self-isolation, and emotional regulation needs
- Calm, assertive, and respectful in challenging situations
- Excellent communication and note-taking skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and relevant qualifications required
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability, or similar is highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 36 per week
